Mission Statement: The life changing benefits that I received from chiropractic care created my desire and dedication to share with others the holistic and natural chiropractic healing art and science.
My experience with chiropractic care began when I was in high school. I had migraine headaches since I was six years of age. When I was in high school, a minor car accident left me with daily debilitating migraines. I was so grateful to have found immediate relief through chiropractic care. I knew at that time that I wanted to choose a line of work in medicine and the healing arts, and my results inspired me to pursue chiropractic as a career path.
I attended UW- Madison prior to entering Northwestern College of Chiropractic in Minneapolis, MN (now known as Northwestern Health Sciences University). I graduated in November 1997 with my Doctorate in Chiropractic as well as a B.S. in Human Biology.
In 2008, I completed a 48-hour Nutrition Counseling Certificate through the State of Wisconsin. This allows me to provide detailed nutritional advice to my patients and to offer nutritional products for sale in the office. I have additional hours of post graduate education in pediatrics and pregnancy, occupational health and sports injuries.
I have a family practice, which includes all ages. My techniques include Diversified Technique, Thompson drops, Activator, Flexion-Distraction, soft tissue techniques, rehabilitation protocols and physiotherapies. I will happily work in tandem with your other health care providers. I have experience as a vacation-relief provider for other chiropractors. The challenges of being a vacation-relief doctor strengthened my abilities by giving me invaluable wisdom of the varied ways in which other chiropractors are helping their patients achieve better health.
I live in Kenosha County with my husband, my stepson and my dog. I enjoy gardening, reading, walks, travel and spending time with my loved ones.
